    Description

Antique Nettleton Riding Boots-Leather & Wood Antique Shapers-From Museum Sale. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Not an expert on these. Bought at sale of items from S. E.  North Carolina museum. Bought because the quality and look was so good. Great for equestrian decorating. Not sure of date. Generally associated with WW11 era military horsemen. Boots have Nettleton- 8.5- A-2/265 stamped inside boot. Boots are 17 3/4" tall, 11 1/4"  heel to toe and 13 1/4" diameter shaft. Thinking man's boot, but not sure. Foot shaper wood, prob. Maple. Shaft shaper appears to be leather, but is hardened StAmped 17-13-L. Soles original, stamped Nettleton. Guess could actually be worn, but I was thinking would look so good as decor in a military or horse collection environment. Look at pics closely. Think they are good vintage condition. No holes or the like. Thanks for looking
